‹› Ignore - arrows - and - items 1 and 2 -.

Remove the HO2S 2 - item 1 - using a tool from the (3337).

-

Remove the O2S 2 behind TWC - item 2 - using a tool from the (3337).

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal, noting the following:

‹› New oxygen sensors are coated with assembly paste; the paste must not get into the slots of the oxygen sensor body.

‹› For a used oxygen sensor, only coat the threads with hot bolt paste. This paste must not come into contact with the sensor slots.

‹› Wires for the oxygen sensor must always be secured in the same position when installing so that contact with the exhaust pipe is avoided.

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be reinstalled at the same location.
