Remove seat => [ Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Memory Front Seats.

Unclip wire - 4 - at clip - 3 -.

Open cable tie - 2 -.

Disconnect the connector -5-.

Remove screw - 6 -.

Remove belt buckle - 1 -.
Installing
Installation is reverse of removal. Note the following:

Replace the belt latch mounting bolt.
