Rain/Light Recognition Sensor, with Lane Assist

Removing

If the rain/light recognition sensor (G397) was replaced, select the "Replace" function for the respective control module in "Guided Fault Finding"
or "Guided Functions ".

Select the function or path:

Follow further instructions on display of (VAS 5051B).

Pry the top cover - 1 - from the interior rearview mirror base - arrows -.

-

Release retaining clips - arrows - using small screwdriver and remove Rain/Light Recognition Sensor (G397) -  item 1 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 2 -.
