Push metal valve with rubber seal from the inside through the rim.

Attach chamfered washer and union nut from the outside and tighten by hand.

Secure against twisting with counterhold -1- (poss. drill 2 mm diameter).

Tightening torque 4 Nm

Press wheel electronics -1- into the drop center rim and bolt on at the rear at the valve with micro-encapsulated screw.

Tightening torque 4 Nm

Tire change 

The nickel-plated valve insert must be replaced every time the tire is changed.

The metal valve and the wheel electronics can be reused.

Release the air from the tire by unscrewing the nickel-plated valve insert.

Remove tires

Visual inspection for loose or damaged parts. Replace entire valve complex when bolted connections are detached.

Always replace damaged wheel electronics.

Mount tires.

Screw in new nickel-plated valve insert.

-

Fill tire, screw on plastic cap again.

-

Balance tires.

Roll or press off tires

When using removing blades first press off tire on opposite side of valve.

Do not use removing blades in shaded area -a-.

Position puller knob in vicinity of valve so that the tire lever can be positioned approx. 30 degrees -b- next to the valve.

Then pull off the tire in the valve area first.
