Remove the heat shield - A - from the transmission - arrows -.

Remove the bolts connecting the driveshaft to the transmission by counterholding using the (T10172) with (T10172/5).

Remove the driveshaft from the transmission and support it with the (V.A.G 1383 A).
-
Remove the mounting bolts - 1 - (quantity: 6) on the rear CV joint.
