Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace O-rings.

‹› Replace gaskets for intake manifold lower-part if damaged.

Press nubs of the gaskets for intake manifold lower-section into the holes on the cylinder heads.

Install intake manifold upper-section => [ Intake Manifold Upper Section ] See: Intake Manifold Upper Section/Cylinder Head, Valvetrain.

Tightening Specifications

Fasten diagonally in steps.
