Seat Cushion Extension Heating Element, Removing And Installing

Seating area extension with heating element, attached to foam cushion.

Removing
-

Remove seat.

-

Remove seat surface extension - 1 - and disconnect both harness connectors - 2 - of the heating element for the seat surface extension.

-

Remove seat cushion extension cover.

-

Disconnect wire for seat cushion extension from foam cushion - 3 -.

Installing
-

Cut cable from old heating element.

-

Secure new heating element onto old heating element without folding or creasing.

-

Pull wire for seat cushion extension through cut in foam cushion - 3 -.
