Hydraulic Control Assembly - Antilock Brakes: Service and Repair

Electronic Stability Program (ESP) hydraulic unit, servicing 

Tightening torque for all brake lines on the Audi A6 is 15 Nm. 
1. Electronic Stability Program (ESP), hydraulic unit

If necessary, only replace hydraulic unit as a unit

Brake line connections

2. Hex-nut, 12 Nm 
3. Bolt and washer assembly, 9 Nm (3x) 
4. Spacer (2x)
5. Hydraulic pump for traction control -V156-

With switch for brake pressure

6. Buffer

-

Spacer at hydraulic pump, 2 Nm 

7. Chassis
8. Hex-nut, 9 Nm 
9. Bracket
