Wiring Harness: Description and Operation
General information
Repairs to wiring harnesses and connectors on the Audi A6 must be performed using the VAS1978 repair kit.

Detailed instructions on how to use VAS1978 are supplied with the repair kit.
The manual also explains how to repair open circuits and faulty connectors.
NOTE: Shielded wiring that belongs to the ABS system must not be repaired.
