Intercooler: Service and Repair
Charge Air Cooler (Intercooler), Removing and Installing
Charge air cooler (intercooler), removing and installing
Removing:
-
Remove noise insulation -arrows-.
-
Remove bumper
-
Move lock carrier to service position
-
Pull top air hose off charge air cooler.
-
Disengage air duct from charge air cooler.
-
Detach bottom air hose from charge air cooler.
-
Take out charge air cooler from underneath.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order.
