Oil Cooler: Service and Repair

Oil cooler, removing and installing

Special tools and equipment

Drip tray

Removing

-

Remove generator.

-

Remove bolts (arrows).

-

Remove holder for generator.

-

Place drip tray in position.

-

Remove coolant hose -1- at oil cooler.

-

Remove bolts (arrows) and remove oil cooler.

Installing

Install in reverse order, note the following:

Notes:

Replace O-rings.

Secure all hose connections with standard hose clamps; Refer to Part Supplier

Observe two dowel sleeves on installing holder for generator.

-

Install generator.

Tightening torques
