Damaged threads, repairing
Damaged threads can be repaired using wire inserts (Heli-coil). Wire inserts must have a zinc-nickel coating.
Component overview indicates which threads can be repaired.
Shavings that remain in chassis must be embedded in wax.
General Information
If the vehicle still needs to be aligned, the bolts and nuts which must be loosened during alignment work, and must only be tightened with tightening
torque. After performing alignment measurement/adjustment the bolts and nuts must be tightened with the specified additional torque angle!
WARNING: For vehicles which use public streets, all bolts and nuts must be tightened as specified!
