Position CV boot between (arrows).
^
Introduce 80 gr. of drive axle grease into interior of joint piece.
^
Thread the old drive axle bolt into joint piece as depicted in illustration
^
Drive joint onto shaft using plastic hammer, until securing ring engages.
^
Introduce 40 gr. of drive axle grease into joint on lining side.
Close tensioning clamp
^
Grease outer constant velocity joint
^
Vent CV boot.
^
Hook in tensioning clamp at first tab by hand.
^
Close hose ties using 3340 pliers
3340 pliers must be inserted at front of hose tie as depicted in illustration.
