Condition

Creaking and cracking noises come from the net partition when driving on poor roads or at load change.

Free play in the mechanism.

Free play between net partition and bracket.

Production Solution

Improved net partition mechanism.

Teflon coated net partition bracket.

Service

1. Test drive the vehicle. Make certain all of the customer's personal belongings have been removed from the vehicle so that they could not be

causing additional noise.

2. If the noise comes from the net partition itself and the parts version is 18S or lower, replace the net partition with parts version 19S or higher. The

parts version is written on the white sticker on the net partition.
