It is no longer possible to slide farther forward.

-

Adhesive residue must be cleaned from adhesive surfaces on frame or adhesive channel in corner piece.

-

Apply 1K MS assembly adhesive (D 172 090 A2)- 2 - as shown in adhesive channel on left and right corner piece - 1 -.

-

Slide left and right corner pieces into frame up to marking applied. 

-

Tighten bolts to - 2 - to 2 Nm.

-

Perform leak test.

-

To do this, seal water drain hose connection and fill channel in frame with water.

-

Water must not escape from frame and corner piece transition.

CAUTION!
Before installing motors for sun shade and glass Panel, cables or tilting mechanism must be checked for parallel movement and adjusted
if necessary.

Using a tape measure, adjust the cable for the sun shade or glass panel evenly to the left and right crossmember on frame.

-

Install motors for sun shade and glass panel.

-

Install sunroof frame without panel in vehicle.

-

Install sunroof panels and adjust.

-

Perform adaptation for all motors.
