Spring dowel sleeve

Bolt

‹› Tightening specification: 20 Nm

Brake disc/brake drum

‹› Brake disc thickness and wear limit, refer to=> [ Rear Wheel Brake, 18" Plus Disc Brake ] See: Specifications/Rear Wheel Brake, 18" Plus

Disc Brake

‹› Brake drum: Diameter and wear limit, refer to => [ Parking Brake, Drum Brake ] See: Specifications/Parking Brake, Drum Brake

‹› Must always be replaced together on both sides of axle

‹› Brake disc/brake drum not directional

‹› Remove brake caliper before removing

Fitting bolt

‹› Tightening specification: 14 Nm

‹› Brake disc to wheel bearing housing

Screw plug

‹› Tightening specification: 14 Nm

‹› For adjustment nut of parking brake

Brake caliper

‹› Except for "servicing rear brake caliper", it is not permitted to perform repairs to the brake caliper.

Brake pad wear display cable

Brake hose

‹› Do not remove brake hose when replacing brake disc

‹› Make sure that lugs are properly seated in grooves in bracket.

Brake line

‹› Tightening specification: 14 Nm

‹› Screw into brake caliper housing

‹› Do not remove brake line when replacing brake disc

Brake pads

‹› With wear indicator

‹› With adequate wear, warning light in instrument cluster comes on 

‹› Check brake pad thickness.
