High/Low Beam Switch-Over Control Circuit Board

NOTE:  Adjust the headlamps after performing any work that could have affected their adjustment.

Removing

CAUTION:
Danger to life due to high voltage.

Usage and safety information for gas discharge headlamps.

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire.

-

Remove headlamp.

-

Release locking slide - 2 - in - direction of arrow - and remove housing cover - 1 - from headlamp housing.

-

Release retaining spring - 2 - and remove printed circuit board - 3 - for low/high beam switch-over control from headlamp housing.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.

-

Remove low/high beam switch-over control printed circuit board from headlamp housing.

Installing

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

-

Close the housing lid.

-

Secure housing cover using locking slide.

-

Install headlamp.

-

Connect battery. Required actions.

-

Adjust headlamps after installing.
