Remove engine wiring harness bracket from coolant pipe and set it to the rear.

‹› To improve clarity, the removed engine is shown from the rear.

-

Remove coolant hose - arrow - from coolant reservoir. 

-

Free up electrical lines to rear right coolant pipe.

-

Remove nut - 1 - and bolt - 2 - on rear right coolant pipe.

-

Remove rear right coolant pipe from coolant hose - arrow  -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model. 

‹› During installation, all cable ties must be installed at the same location.

Install throttle valve control module (J338).

-

Install crankcase ventilation pressure regulator valve.

-

Fill with coolant => [ Filling ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Cooling System/Service and Repair.
