Front Seat Belt Height Adjuster

Front Seat Belt Height Adjuster

Belt height adjuster, removing

-

Press belt height adjuster button and bring height adjuster slide => [ (Item 5) Slide ] See: Testing and Inspection/Seat Belts into lowest position.

Remove B-pillar trim refer to => [ B-Pillar Trim Component Overview ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and
Repair/Removal and Replacement/B-Pillar Trim.

Lay aside B-pillar trim with belt webbing threaded through.

-

Remove the bolt - 3 -.

-

Remove belt relay - 2 - with belt webbing -  1 -.

-

Remove the bolt - 5 -.

-

Pull seat belt height adjuster - 4 - up and out of B-pillar.

Belt height adjuster, installing

‹› Replacement seat belt height adjusters are always in bottom locking position (assembly position).

‹› If removed seat belt height adjusters are reinstalled, these should be placed in bottom position (assembly position).

-

Engage seat belt height adjuster - 4 - in B-pillar.
