Remove nut - 2 -.

Remove bolts - 1 -. Do not bend upper retaining plate when doing so.

Remove level control system sensor.

Installing

Installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. Observe the following when doing so:

Sensor lever must point outward.

Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Air Suspension Strut, Upper Control Arm and Level Control System Sensor Assembly Overview ] See:

Suspension Strut, Upper Control Arm and Level Control System Sensor Assembly Overview.

With vehicles with air suspension, place vehicle on wheels. Refer to => [ Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels ] See: Steering and
Suspension/Suspension/Service and Repair/Procedures/Positioning Vehicle on Hoist and Wheels.

On vehicles with air suspension, readapt control position. Refer to => [ Control Position, Programming ] See: Steering and
Suspension/Suspension/Suspension Control ( Automatic - Electronic )/Testing and Inspection/Programming and Relearning.

Perform headlight basic setting.
