Tighten the clamp - 3 - using the (VAS 6199).

Secure the spring clamp - 1 - on the boot -  2 - using the (V.A.G 1921).

Further installation is in the reverse sequence to removal.

Mount wheel and tighten.

After installing a new boot, vehicle must be aligned. Refer to => [ Work Procedure, Vehicle Alignment Overview ] See: Alignment/Service and
