Now remove setting gauge (T10173) from selector shaft.

Attach electrical connector to Multi-Function Transmission Range (TR) Switch (F125).

Switch ignition on.

The following conditions must be met:

‹› The "N" from the "PRNDS" display in the instrument cluster Transmission Range (TR) Display (Y6) must be lit up.

‹› The "N" symbol in the Selector Lever Transmission Range (TR) Position Display (Y26) must light up.

‹› The shift lock solenoid (N110) must lock the selector lever in "N".

Switch ignition off.

Attach lock washer - 1 - to selector shaft.

Tighten nut - 2 -.

-

Secure nut - 2 - by bending hooks on locking washer upward - 1 -.

‹› If one or more hooks of locking washer break when bending, locking washer must be replaced.

Position cover - 2 - on selector shaft and tighten nut - 1 -.
