Garage Door Opener Transmitter: Service and Repair

Garage Door Opener Control Module

Removing

-

Remove front bumper cover. 

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 1 -.

-

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove the bracket with the garage door opener control module (J530) - item 2 - on the bumper. 

-

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove the bracket - 1 - from the garage door opener control module - item 2 -.

Installing

‹› Tightening specification, refer to => [ Roof Trim Lights and Switches Assembly Overview ] See: Lighting and Horns/Courtesy Lamp/Service and

Repair/Roof Trim Lights and Switches Assembly Overview. 

Install in reverse order of removal, observing the following:

Install front bumper cover.
