Inner Door Seal

Inner Door Seal

Removing

Proceed as follows:

-

Remove the inner door seal from the body flange.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

‹› The body must be free of dirt and grease in the adhesive surface area.

Install the inner door seal - A - on the body flange in a - 1 to 10 - sequence.

Continuing installation sequence:

-

Install the inner door seal molded piece on the upper B-pillar, making sure the seal - A - surrounds the body flange -  B - and rests on the side
window - C -.

Install the rear part of the inner door seal molded piece on the top of the body flange.

Install the inner door seal molded piece on the A-pillar. To do this, first position the molded piece - arrow B - and then press it upward as far as
the stop - arrow C -.

Install the front part of the inner door seal molded piece on the top of the body flange.

Install the inner door seal molded part on the B-pillar body flange in the side window area.

-

Install the inner door seal molded piece on the body flange in the lower B-pillar area.

‹› The lower corners of the side window - C - must be free of window adhesive - D -.
