‹› Must always be replaced together on both sides of vehicle.

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Brake Disc ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Brakes, With Steel Brakes. 

‹› Replace the brake disc. Refer to => [ Brake Disc, Replacing ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Brakes, With Steel Brakes. 

‹› To remove, first remove the brake caliper and parking brake caliper. 

‹› Coat contact surfaces between brake disc and wheel hub with Polycarbamide grease.

Brake Caliper

‹› Removing and installing, refer to => [ Brake Caliper ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Brakes, With Steel Brakes. 

‹› Replacing, refer to => [ Brake Caliper, Replacing ] See: Service and Repair/Rear Brakes, With Steel Brakes.

‹› When doing work, do not allow to hang from brake hose, rather suspend it from the body using bundling wire.

‹› Hose must be installed free of twists.

‹› No further repairs may be performed on the brake caliper.

‹› No repairs may be performed on the brake caliper.

Bracket for Brake Hose

‹› Attach to the brake caliper.

‹› Engaging the brake hose.

‹› Bracket to the brake caliper and suspension: 9 Nm.

Bracket Bolt

‹› 9 Nm

‹› Bracket to the brake caliper and suspension: 9 Nm.

Brake Caliper Bolt

‹› 110 Nm

‹› Replace each time it is removed.

Retaining Spring

‹› Ensure installation position is correct.

‹› Engage on both brake pad guide pins.

Brake Pads

‹› Wear limit, refer to => [ Brakes ] See: Specifications/Brakes.

CAUTION!
There are two brake pads installed per side. Only the inner brake pad in the right brake caliper with a connection for the brake pad wear
indicator. 

‹› The brake pad backing plates are equipped with an adhesive film. Peel off the protective foil before installing.

‹› Must always be replaced together on both sides of vehicle.
