Remove the bolts - 3 - from the brake caliper.

‹› Push the brake piston, with the resetting tool or with suitable pliers, into the cylinder before removing the brake caliper. Before pushing back the

piston, siphon some of the brake fluid out of the brake fluid reservoir. Otherwise, especially if reservoir has been topped off, fluid will overflow
and cause damage.

Remove the brake caliper.

CAUTION!
Do not hang the brake caliper on the brake hose, but rather tie it to the body with wire.

Installing

‹› Slide the brake caliper with the brake pads installed carefully over the brake disc.

‹› Replace the bolts - 3 -.

Install and tighten the new bolts - 3 -.

‹› Make sure the brake hose is not twisted.

Attach the brake hose bracket - 13 - with the bolt -  14 -: 25 Nm.

‹› Brake hose bracket to brake caliper: 25 Nm

‹› Brake hose bracket to crossmember support and suspension: 9 Nm

Install wheels.
