Brake Disc

‹› Replace the bolts.

Removing

-

Raise vehicle.

-

Remove wheels.

CAUTION!
If brake pads are ceramics, wheel must not fall on brake disc, otherwise it will be irreparably damaged. To install/remove wheel, install
two assembly pins from vehicle tool kit in mounts on wheel bolts. The long assembly pin is in the upper position.

Remove the rear brake caliper. Refer to => [ Brake Caliper ]. See: Service and Repair/Rear Brakes, With Ceramic Brakes/Brake Caliper

CAUTION!
Secure the brake caliper to the vehicle with a suitable wire. Do not support the weight of the brake caliper with the brake hose.

Remove the parking brake caliper, refer to => [ Parking Brake Caliper ] See: Parking Brake System/Parking Brake Caliper/Service and
Repair/Parking Brake Caliper.

Remove the bolt - 3 - on the brake disc.

-

Remove the brake disc - 4 - from the wheel hub.

‹› When removing the brake disc from the wheel hub, do not tilt the disc. 

Installing

‹› Replace the bolts.

‹› Clean the brake disc, wheel hub and contact surfaces before installing.
