Install the center console trim.

Check the parking brake lever function.

‹› Engage the parking brake lever.

‹› Switch on ignition.

‹› The indicator lamp in the tachometer must light up.

‹› Disengage the parking brake lever.

‹› The indicator lamp in the tachometer must go out.

‹› Do not adjust the parking brake after installing the parking brake switch.
