Brake Booster Pressure Sensor
Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required
‹› Hose clip pliers (V.A.G.1723)

- 1 - Brake booster

- 2 - Vacuum line
-
- 3 - Hose clamp
-
- 4 - Pressure sensor

- 5 - Check valve
Removing
-
Remove the luggage compartment liner in the front area of the luggage compartment.
‹› The brake booster pressure sensor (G294) is installed on the vacuum line to the brake booster and brake system vacuum pump (V192).

Disconnect the electrical connector - 1 - to the pressure sensor.

Loosen the vacuum hose at the hose clamps with the (V.A.G.1723).

Remove the pressure sensor carefully from the vacuum connections.
