Remove bolts - arrows -.

Remove the bolt - 1 - and then remove the coolant pump housing - 3 -.

To remove the coolant pump, install two M6 x 15 bolts -  arrows - into the threaded holes in the coolant pump - 1 -.

Turn each bolt 1/2 turn further until it is possible to remove the coolant pump.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Coolant Pump Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pump Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Replace the seal, the O-rings and the coolant connection pipe.

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Slide the coolant pump onto the shaft. At the same time the alignment bushing - arrow - must fit into the opening in the coolant pump.
