Place the (V.A.G 1782) under the engine.

Remove the locking bolt - arrow - for the TDC marking from the suction module.

Install the crankshaft holder (3242) into the groove - 1 - to 20 Nm. If necessary, move the crankshaft back and forth slightly to center the bolt.
