Oil Pump and Suction Module Assembly Overview

CAUTION!
Danger of catalytic converter damage.

‹› The engine oil level must not exceed the top marking on the oil dipstick. 

‹› If a large amount of metal shavings or particles are found when performing engine repairs, these could indicate crankshaft or rod bearings are

damaged. To prevent damage, perform the following steps after completing the repair: carefully clean the oil channels and replace the oil spray
jets, the oil cooler and the oil filter.
