Defroster Door Motor

‹› Mark the motor/door connecting elements when removing (danger of swapping with connecting elements from the other actuator motors).

‹› Mark the control motor before removing. Follow the correct assignment when installing and the correct part number and index when replacing (the

various control motors have different electrical values and are different in the part number index).

‹› If the "Upper or lower limit value exceeded" malfunction occurs, check the motor/door connecting element. It must installed on the correct side of

the motor and there must be no play the control motor mount and the connecting element.

Removing

-

Switch off ignition.

-

Remove instrument panel. 

‹› The central tube is not removed.

Remove the bolts - arrows -.

-

Remove the intermediate piece - A - and lay it aside with the wiring harness - B - secured on the air duct.

Mark the electrical connector - C - to the Defroster Door Motor (V107) (there is a risk of switching it with other identical connectors).
