Front Cold Air Door Motor

‹› Mark the motor/door connecting element when removing (danger of swapping with connecting elements of the other actuator motors).

‹› If the "Upper or lower limit value exceeded" malfunction occurs, check the motor/door connecting element. It must installed on the correct side of

the motor and there must be no play the control motor mount and the connecting element.

‹› Mark the control motor before removing. Follow the correct assignment when installing and the correct part number and index when replacing (the

various control motors have different electrical values and are different in the part number index).

‹› This control motor operates the cold air door (the door is installed in the air duct channel that goes around the heat exchanger).

Removing

-

Switch off ignition.

-

Remove the front center console. 

-

Remove the glove compartment. 

-

Remove the bolt - A - and the footwell vent air channel -  B -.

-

Remove the connector station on the right central tube.

Remove the bolts - arrows -.
