Insert the refrigerant lines - B and D - into the reservoir.

Tighten the bolts - C - by hand.
‹› Make sure the refrigerant lines are free of tension.

Tighten bolts - C -.
‹› Tightening specification: 9 Nm.

Evacuate and fill refrigerant circuit.

Install the left rear wheel housing liner.
After finishing the repairs, perform the following work on the Climatronic Control Module (J255) using the Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information
system VAS 5051/ in the "Guided Fault Finding" function:

Check the DTC memory and erase any malfunctions shown.

Operate the A/C system after filling the refrigerant circuit, refer to => [ Operating After Filling Refrigerant Circuit ] See: Service
