Figure 4 provides an orientation of where the two bolts must be installed.

Figures 5 and 6 show how to find the two holes on the upper side of the instrument panel cross carrier by hand.

3. Insert the two M8 x 20 bolts on the upper side of the instrument panel cross carrier. Firmly tighten the bolts with the 13 mm wrench. The torque
should be greater than 20 Nm.
