Coolant Line/Hose: Service and Repair
Rear Coolant Line

Rear Coolant Line

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Drip Tray (VAS 6208)

‹› Hose Clip Pliers (VAS 6340)

Removing

-

Remove the right coolant supply pipe. Refer to => [ Right Coolant Supply Pipe ] See: Right Coolant Supply Pipe.

Place the (VAS 6208) under the separating point. 

-

Loosen the hose clamps - arrows - and remove the coolant hoses from the rear coolant return pipe.

Remove the bolts - 1 - and - 3 - and remove the rear coolant return pipe upward.

Installing

‹› Tightening specifications, refer to => [ Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview ] See: Coolant Pipes Assembly Overview. 

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:

‹› Secure all hose connections with hose clamps appropriate for the model.

Install the right coolant supply pipe. Refer to => [ Right Coolant Supply Pipe ] See: Right Coolant Supply Pipe.
