Remove the refrigerant line - A - from the A/C unit connecting flange.
‹› Seal open connections on the refrigerant lines/A/C unit with suitable sealing caps (to prevent dirt and moisture from entering).
Installing
Installation is done in reverse order, observe the following:

Replace the O-rings - C -.
‹› Coat the O-ring with refrigerant oil before installing. Refer to => [ Refrigerant Circuit O-Rings ] See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Service and
Repair/Procedures/Refrigerant Circuit O-Rings.
‹› Make sure the O-ring seals - H - (different versions) are seated correctly in the groove - arrow - on the respective refrigerant line.

Check the connections - G - for the refrigerant line - A - and the evaporator - B - for damage and ensure they are seated correctly.

Insert the O-ring seal in the groove - arrow - on the connection for the refrigerant line - A - and the evaporator - B -.

Install the refrigerant lines - A and J - without tension.

Tighten the bolts - D and F -.
‹› Tightening specification: 9 Nm

Install new heat insulation - E - around both refrigerant line connections.

Install the brackets - A and C - on the refrigerant lines.
