Replace the O-ring - 4 -.

Install the service line - 2 - and secure the wire - 6 - with cable ties - 3 -.

Install the service line into each connection.

Tighten the bolts - 1 and 5 -.
‹› Tightening specification: 9 Nm.

Install refrigerant lines on the A/C compressor, refer to => [ Refrigerant Lines, Disconnecting from Compressor and Connecting ].

Evacuate and fill refrigerant circuit.
After finishing the repairs, perform the following work on the Climatronic Control Module (J255) using Vehicle diagnosis, testing and information
system VAS 5051/ in the "Guided Fault Finding" function:

Check the DTC memory and erase any malfunctions shown.
