‹› Installation location => [ (Item 7) Low Pressure Side Service Connection ] See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Description and

Operation/Components Outside Passenger Compartment.

‹› In order to make the service connections accessible, the left service flap (for the A/C system) in the Audi R8 Spyder must be removed from the

engine compartment trim of the compartment cover.

‹› In order to remove the service line, the engine compartment trim of the compartment cover must be removed on the Audi R8 Spyder.

Screw

‹› Tightening specification 9 Nm.

O-ring Seal

‹› Replace.

‹› Lubricate lightly with refrigerant oil before installing.

Service Line For V10 Vehicles

1. Screw - 9 Nm

2. Service line

3. Cable ties

4. O-ring - replace

5. Screw - 9 Nm

6. Electrical wire to the A/C Compressor Regulator Valve (N280)

CAUTION!
The service line may be removed only when the refrigerant circuit is empty.
