Fuel Filter: Description and Operation
Fuel Filter
The fuel system without return flow on the Audi R8, the fuel pressure regulator is located in the fuel filter. In this system, only the supply line is routed
to the engine. If the pressure in the fuel supply line goes above the specified maximum pressure, the fuel pressure regulator opens. Excess fuel is
routed into a return line from the fuel filter and back into the fuel tank.
