Removing

‹› Engine/transmission subassembly removed and placed on the scissor lift table (VAS 6131 A), refer to => [ Engine/Transmission Subassembly,

Lowering onto Scissor Lift Table ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Engine/Transmission
Subassembly, Lowering Onto Scissor Lift Table.

Remove electrical connectors from bracket and disconnect:

1. For oxygen sensor 2 after catalytic converter (G131)

2. For heated oxygen sensor 2 (G108)

Free up the wires to the oxygen sensors.

Remove the bolt on the left catalytic converter bracket -  arrow -.

-

Remove the nuts in sequence - 6 to 1 -.
