Fuel Pressure Sensor/Switch: Service and Repair

Fuel Pressure Sensors

Removing

‹› The following procedure describes removal and installation of the left fuel pressure sensor 2 (G624).

Install the protective body covers. Refer to => [ Protective Body Covers, Installing ] See: Service and Repair/Procedures.

Remove the upper section of the intake manifold. Refer to => [ Intake Manifold, Upper Section ] See: Engine, Cooling and Exhaust/Engine/Intake
Manifold/Service and Repair/Intake Manifold, Upper Section.

Disconnect electrical connectors - 1 - and -  2 -.

Remove the bolts - arrows - and move the bracket and the EVAP system purge regulator valve 2 (N333) and secondary air injection solenoid
valve (N112) to the side.

Disconnect electrical connector - arrow -.

-

Remove the fuel pressure sensor.

Installing

Installation is in reverse order of removal, note the following:
