Power and Manual Seat Belt Latch

Removal

CAUTION!
Deactivating the front passenger airbag on vehicles with seat occupied recognition system :

‹› Replace the passenger occupant detection system seat belt latch each time the passenger belt tensioner deploys.

Remove seat:

‹› Manual seats, refer to => [ Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Manual Seats.

‹› Power seat, refer to => [ Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Power Seats.

Disconnect electrical harness connector - 2 - if applicable.

Unclip cable tie clip - 3 - and expose the electrical wire to seat belt latch - 1 -.

Remove the bolt - 2 - and the seat belt latch -  1 -.
