Passenger Occupant Detection System Procedure after an Accident

‹› Each time an airbag or passenger belt tensioner deploys, a basic setting must be performed on the seat occupied recognition control module.

‹› If the seat rails and/or seat pan must be replaced after an accident because deformation, the seat occupied recognition must also be replaced with

the "seat occupied recognition service kit". Then a basic setting must be performed on the seat occupied recognition control module.
