Procedure

Remove the voltage regulator. Refer to => [ Voltage Regulator, Valeo Generator from 2007 ] See: Service and Repair/Removal and
Installation/Voltage Regulator, Valeo Generator From 2007.

Insert the feeler gauge - 3 - between the protective cap - 2 - and the carbon brushes.

Remove the protective cap from voltage regulator - 1 - - arrow -.

Check the carbon brushes for length - a -.
