Pre-tighten the nut - 1 - to 8 Nm.

Tighten the nut on the upper and lower transverse links and the tie rod on the wheel bearing housing.
-
Lower wheel bearing housing.
-
Remove (V.A.G 1383 A) under vehicle.
-
Remove (T10149).
-
Install wheel.

Tighten the collar bolt for the outer joint of the drive axle (only tighten when the vehicle is standing on its wheels - danger of accident). Refer to

Tighten the 12-point bolt for the outer joint of the drive axle (only tighten when the vehicle is standing on its wheels - danger of accident). Refer to

On vehicles with electronically-controlled damping (Audi magnetic ride), reprogram the control position using the (VAS 5051B).
