Press out the upper bonded rubber bearing.

Set up the tools as shown in the figure.

1.  (VW 407)

2. Thrust piece with spacer sleeve (VW 472/2)

3. Shock absorber bushing

4.  (VW 516)

5.  (VW 401)

Press the bonded rubber bearing out of the shock absorber bushing. 

Press in the upper bonded rubber bearing.
