‹› Use a commercially available separating tool, e.g. (Kukko 17/2).

This deforms slide washer and it must be replaced.

Remove the bearing inner race from the 85 mm diameter wheel bearing and from the wheel hub.

A Separating tool, 22 to 115 mm, e.g. (Kukko 17/2)

Replacing the Slide Washer, 85 mm Diameter Wheel Bearings

Carefully pry out old slide washer - 1 - with a screwdriver.

Position new slide washer on wheel hub.

Install special tools as shown in illustration.
