Master Cylinder

The master cylinder can only be removed when the mounting bracket is removed. Refer to => [ Clutch Pedal and Master Cylinder Mounting Bracket ]

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Pliers (T10005)

‹› Assembly tool (T10178)

‹› Grease (G 000 450 02)

Remove the mounting bracket. Refer to => [ Clutch Pedal and Master Cylinder Mounting Bracket ] See: Clutch Pedal Assembly/Service and
Repair/Removal and Installation/Clutch Pedal and Master Cylinder Mounting Bracket.

Release actuator rod mounting clip in clutch pedal with Pliers (T10005).

Place a spacer - A - between the clutch pedal and the stop and press the clutch pedal forward.
